What's Not So Great:	The mailbox set, the whole set, is not returnable if the side plates are customized.  We suppose you could customized the side plates yourself once you have decided to keep the set. Because this is a special set, it also is also special delivery which means that the delivery lead times are longer.  Not a problem if you not in a hurry.  We would say it is worth the wait.	For some reason, some of the finishes cost extra - we're not sure why. This mailbox package has an unusually high delivery time - not a problem if you're not in a hurry.
